A excellent way to work the chest and triceps in the gym or in your own home is to do a chest press. This can be broken down in too many variations from a simple chest press machine in your gym to using some free weight equipment like dumbbells or barbells. As you become more advance the use of a swiss ball will incourage the use of your core to be activated. To get the best benefit out the exercise you want to get the technique correct using the full range bringing the weight right down to your chest and all the way back up until the arms are almost straight but not locked out. Breath in on the way down and exhale on the way up to make the ecercise more efficent.
